We chose Roofing Services Plus to replace our aging roof after some storm damage. From start to finish, they communicated with us. They gave us a price to repair the damage and for a full replacement. We decided to replace to whole roof based on the condition of the rest of the shingles. There were some weather delays that caused them to have to adjust their schedule, which they communicated promptly. When the crew arrived, they were in and out in a day and cleaned up very well. Their supervisor came out the following day to make sure everything was cleaned up and removed their trailer from the driveway. I called Jordan at Roofing services plus. He came on time as agreed to give me an estimate. He spent time looking at the roof and it’s condition. He mentioned that due to my roof condition, he would recommend getting it replaced within the year and he could make sure he would be ready as soon as the materials arrived. I had two other bids, one was higher by 20%, and one was slightly lower by 3%. I looked at the proposals with the actual original builder of my home who told me it was Jordan’s company that did the original roof 27 years ago. Never did we have a leak in those 27 years, so I went with Roofing services plus. The crew was on time, professional and got the job done quickly. The skylights had to be custom installed. The chimney cap replaced the old rusty one. I am very happy with everything about my experience. Looks great. No added expenses from the quote. I would recommend 100%. No problems, leaks or lost shingles after a few storms and many months. Update 2-5-2026. A few years have gone by. Still very happy with my roof. No problems, no lost shingles. ~ John C
